Lovely stay here - super clean, conveniently located near the I-5 and really friendly staff. Food options just across the street! Would definitly stay here again. Dog friendly! We had our two 55 pound dogs with us.

We stayed at this hotel right before Christmas and it was well decorated and very cozy with the fireplace in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was comfortable, reasonably priced and the wait-staff was attentive. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. This hotel was a great bang for your buck! I would highly recommend staying there.

This, by far, was THE best hotel stay in have ever had. My room was silent. I mean, no noise at all. The guests were quiet and respectful too. Nice on-site food options, plenty of parking, and chevron extra mile next door for 24 hour convenience. Right off I5, but still very quiet. If you are a shower fanatic, this is absolutely your stop. I am staying here again as my midway point coming home from Oregon for the shower alone. Excellent PM and AM front desk staff, too. The shower though, OMG. The best ever.

We stopped overnight here on our two day drive from Portland to Paso Robles. This was a perfect place to stay. The room was very clean and well equipped. There is an on site place to eat with a bar. There is a gas station next door and access to the freeway is less than five minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the highway, but the room was clean and quiet. Their breakfast options were great.

An excellent hotel that stands up to its reputation of Hilton hotels. Very conveniently located in center of Redding. Located just close to Sundial bridge and central to all major landmarks including Lassen Volcano park, Burney falls, Caverns and Creater lake. The property is well maintained, clean very large size rooms with decent decor and bedding. Very comfortable king and two queen configurations that can be also offered as attached rooms for larger families..Staff is very welcoming, courteous and ready to help with anything. Rooms have Keurig coffee machine for single pods. Microwave and fridge gives additional facilities to bring or order food through Door dash. House keeping is offered as often needed but you need to request at the time of checkin. There is a restaurant on site but it closes at 9pm so didn't get a chance to try any meal this time. Plenty of self parking available for free. There are plenty of food options including In-n-out, Mac Donald's, Starbucks Thai place called Lotus Thai, Pand Express and many others withing 1 mile distance. Overall a fantastic hotel to stay in Redding and visit major landmarks in and around CA and Oregon.

What you expect from a Garden Inn - nice rooms, great Hilton service, and a good restaurant. Room was a bit dated, but it looks like they are doing upgrade work on the hotel. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially at breakfast. Menu was typical for this chain - a lot of reasonably priced choices. Good location too, right off the highway.

I expected a little bit more from a "Hilton" hotel. The beds were awful. Very uncomfortable. The tub was clogged while taking a shower (safety hazard). The hotel looked very run down. I ended up cancelling my other reservation I had made here because I was so disappointed & booked a different hotel.

My room had a strange odor, probably some unfamiliar spicy food that had been cooked in the microwave. I asked Robin at the front desk if I could change. She did her very best to accommodate me but because I wanted a room on the 3rd floor near my daughter and no other rooms were available on that floor, I chose to stay. Robin even came to my room, spray bottle in hand, to try to remedy the situation herself because the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I saw her at breakfast and told her how I appreciated her efforts but had to admit it didn't help. She comped my breakfast! Some things cannot be helped but Robin really did her best and I really appreciated it!

Had an opportunity to stay at this hotel as we were passing through to complete a long distance medical transport with MediZoom Medical Transport coming back to Ventura County. Our medical providers thought that the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous And the check-in was seamless as we got there after 2 AM. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious.
