The young gentleman was a sweetheart. It's advertised as a non smoking facility. The room he gave me had definitely been smoked and he gave another room and was great. Compared to the Inns closer to all the others was surprisingly expensive. 260.00 for one night. This was 107.00. He had great suggestions for a cold beer, as it was 107 degrees, and great food.

Walked in room and smelled like pet urine. Room was extremely hot and took almost 3 hours to cool it down. No wifi password was given and could not connect for work. Outlets next to bed do not work. Would have to either replace phone on floor by front door or bathroom to charge. Turned on TV and it took almost 10 minutes for the picture to turn on after only getting sound and green stripes that resembled the norther lights. Went to shower ans it took about 5 minutes to get warm water. Woke up this morning to get ready to leave (here for work and therefore couldn't change hotels since they paid) and found roaches in the bathroom. Place needs a very deep cleaning and repair work done. One plus side, the bed was soft and clean. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1

Very dirty room! After a 12 hour drive we were too tired to care. For what you're paying we truly didn't expect much but wow. I honestly don't think the bedding was even cleaned between stays. We went and grabbed our own blankets and pillows from our car. Their pillows were yellow with a thin and dirty pillow case covering. Can't even imagine that the room has been swept or mopped at anytime. Mold throughout the room and bathroom. No remote for the TV. Fingerprints and hair everywhere. The towels and washclothes that were provided smelled dirty. There was a super musty smell in the room. I would certainly go elsewhere! The cleanliness standards are very low!! Even for the price ...

Room had an overpowering smell that reminded me of a retirement center. The website said breakfast was available until 9:30am but when we showed up at 9:15am everything was put away and the unfriendly lady at the front desk said breakfast was over at 9am. We asked for coffee and she begrudgingly allowed us to have 1 cup. Very disappointed in the customer experience with the staffs interaction. The bathtub was very old and outdated but the sink was nice. The rest of the room was nice. The smell though being as overbearing as it was really took away from being able to relax in the room.

Stayed here because of the price. Nice location as it is central to most of west Redding. Receptionist was nice and check-in was quick. Rooms are about what is expect for the price. My room needed to be vacuumed, but was overall fairly clean. Only one lock on the door between rooms, which is one less than I prefer. Front door only had one lock as the other had clearly been kicked in, which is slightly disconcerting. Didn't get a chance to see the quality of the breakfast as I left before it began at 7am. Overall, not bad for the price, but some basic maintenance would certainly go a long way.
