The motel 6 rooms were clean, service was good and the electrical outlet for charging your bass boats worked perfectly. The problem I had was the clientele was questionable and my boat and truck was the only one there and I felt very uneasy to the point that I left and parked at Walmart until about 4:00am and came back to finish charging my boat before leaving to fish shasta lake. I was there on a Tuesday. I probably would have been OK with more anglers there, but unfortunately there wasn't any.

We stayed at this location 1 week prior with no incident. Though this time was not so convenient. We arrived at 1 pm to make an unscheduled reservation and did so. I told him we had 4 small dogs ( chawawahs) he told me thank you for being upfront though they have a two dog limit but they would put us in as we had two. The same as the previous stay. Everything was fine till we came back from visiting my family in town. When we got back to go settle down. They wanted two dogs gone or we were gone. Well we left obviously. And will be contacting corporate about this.

The hot water was extremely scaldingly hot. Apon check in the 2nd adult accompanying me was not able to register because the id would not scan into their system. The hotel clerk did try several attempts and even though the id was in good condition it seemed to have something to do with the lighting or maybe the device taking the photo. So where was my guest to sleep night, in the car? Then going up to my room before opening the door I noticed the door seemed to already be open so i pushed on the door however it was not open just appeared so. And actually from the looks of the inside of the door locks, it had been busted open before so it just looked that way. The bed i slept in was worse than sleeping on a box spring. I'm glad i didn't have my son with me like i had planned previously... I would not recommend this location to anyone if your looking for rest.

The desk clerks were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything else however was pretty bad. The room was clean on the surface, but things were broken in it. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to touch the floor and wasn't able to close, so water got all over the floor. The bathroom sink leaked. The light above the sink was broken. And the peephole in the door was backwards. We got there later in the evening, so we didn't notice most of that stuff until the morning. They also didn't have any other rooms available, so we couldn't have switched if we wanted to. Early in the morning we were woken up by a child screaming. They continued to scream until their parents(?) Started having a yelling match. We just checked out after that.

We stayed at this location about a month ago and even though the room had a few minor issues, the staff was fantastic and the motel manager actually reached out in person to express their concern about our stay. I have never experienced this level of customer service, not even in 5 star hotels. Pretty incredible. The room itself was pretty clean and the property also felt safe and well cared for. We'll definitely stay again.

The staff was nice. I can’t say they wasn’t nice but we’re very unprofessional. We gave them both of our IDs. They only put one person on the room so then I got locked out when I went to my car and we’re not to be let back in so that took a big roundabout. Then the rooms were not very orderly. Lots of things were broken. The showerhead was completely off the wall couldn’t put it back on so you had to hold it. air conditioner is half out of the wall there’s bugs not a very comfy place to stay. First time. I’ve had to leave a bad review. Didn’t really know what to say except for unhappy things because there was nothing really good about it. We only stayed one night.

I feel like they gave me a room that was under construction. The bathroom vent didn't work, there was a huge crack down the wall from water damage that wasn't repaired, the shower curtain was hanging on for dear life, the towel holder was sliding back and forth, there was graffiti under the chairs, the door didn't close completely, the trim on the door was coming off, the TV used to be mounted somewhere else, you can tell because they left the old bracket there, it would've been so easy to remove and paint the old spot, but no. Room 222 needs to be burned to the ground. Just ridiculous.

Danielle, she was very helpful. If we were in need of extra towels, boom, we had them. I was very surprised at the cleanliness of this Motel 6. The other staff was friendly, too. The swimming pool was very clean. The rooms didn’t smell of cigarettes. You get to hear sounds of the Harley Davidson store next door. But that didn’t bother me. Right off I-5, easy to get off the freeway. I felt safe.

The front desk was totally polite and helpful; very friendly. The location was good as my son needed to get into Redding to appointments and the bus stop was only a block away. Room was small but adequate for one person. Clean and quiet.

The location was perfect, specially after a long drive. Conveniently located on the side of the freeway. The room was small but me and my kids only needed a place to sleep for the night. So it was great. The room and sheets were clean. The shower was exceptional.
