Pretty sure the walls were made of paper because I could hear every word spoken by my neighbors, who weren't even being loud. Also, my room had sort of a funky smell when I got there. Bed was comfy and room was roomy though, and I was able to air out the room. Idk, if you bring earplugs you might be fine.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament end of October. Staff was very kind. The hotel was not clean. The room we stayed in smelt like pet urine. We actually did not stay a second night. When we got home I found a bed bug in my daughter’s soccer bag. I feel certain we picked it up from this hotel.

We welcome 2025 new year here. Mountain View! New renovations, spacious neat quiet room. The only concern was the smell of fresh paint. It should not be an issue now. The staffs are friendly and professional.

conveniently located for a road motel. rooms are spacious, but not nice. can easily hear neighboring rooms televisions (bring a noise machine!). rooms feel lacking in cleanliness. hair sticking out of sink grout. pet friendly, but our dog kept licking flavor spots off the carpet and baseboards (ewww). shower curtain is tattered and isnt long enough for the tub, so you get water everywhere. the blanket on the king bed seems to be queen-sized, tough for 2 people to share. as im trying to fall asleep there is a small bright green light in the ceiling strobing once a second. relaxing. they have luggage carts, which is nice, but for the price it’s very hard to recommend this place.

We had a nice stay at this Comfort Inn. The staff was very accommodating and I can't say enough good things about Melissa who takes exceptional care of the morning breakfast! It was always clean and there was a good selection of foods for everyone. I didn't use the pool area, but I can say our room was comfortable and everyone was welcoming!

This hotel truly exceed my expectations. Not only location is good, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. The room design is nice and roomy. In fact it is a lot better than another stay I had in the Redding downtown and I highly recommend.

(: Me and my family loved this stay a lot. This was the best. This was an amazina deal. So worth it. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and huge. Bathrooms were clean. Shampoo Conditioner Soap and Lotion were provided. We had 2 queen beds and a separate living area with an L-shaped sofa that pulls out into a bed. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Thev have a fitness center too. Coffee. tea and hot cocoa are always available at the lobby. The evenina shift front staff was Super nice. Also the ladv that restocks breakfast. Breakfast was super good and well stocked. And they dont serve the same meal everyday. First we had cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes. Then the next day, it was scrambled eggs, bacon then potatoes. There's waffles, cereal, bread and pastries. Different choices for drinks as well. Also close to a lot of restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed one night. Right off freeway. Nice newer room accommodations and friendly staff. Three floors with convenient elevator. Loved the pillows and bedding. Watch out the bathroom door will close on its own and will hit you if not quick enough or propped open (thinking of little ones fingers). The hotel is quiet even though next to the interstate. And my room was on the end next to the freeway. A 5-10 minutes drive away, you can find stores/restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 1 night. I wanted to pay cash due to my auto pay on my bills. It was explained to me that I could pay cash in the morning but that they would need a debit or credit card to reserve the room. I got up at 6::10 am and someone had slipped my bill receipt under the door. The receipt showed paid. I took that to the front desk prior to checkout at 9am to pay cash and when the clerk cashed me out he reassured me that I wouldn’t be charged on the card. He had me sign the hotels copy and I left with mine. On my way back into town I checked my bank account and there was a charge on hold by the comfort suites hotel? So I called them immediately to resolve the matter without any hassle because I needed a room again that night…. The front desk clerk said she’d have the manager call me. I never got a call back. When I called them, they refused to resolve the issue and told me to just deal with it through my bank and then if I wanted to get a room, I would have to pay again with my card. Which I told them absolutely not. The manager insisted that there was no double charge. I would say a picture is worth more than a person‘s word nowadays. I’m sure I’m not the only one that they have ripped off. Maybe I should not have mentioned that their breakfast needs a lot of work. The sausage is literally taste like rotten meat. Give them your card at your own risk. They cannot be trusted.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in this hotel, my kids were happy and everything looks clean. Thank you! The lady in the front desk was nice and respectful. Great job!
