The beds here are so incredibly comfortable! I was super impressed by the great night sleep I got. The location is not great for a woman traveling alone if you have a pet. You are limited to the first floor only (which I completely understand!) But when you're traveling with furry company, bring another person.

Good location, checked in late got lucky they only had 2 rooms left. We stayed in room 222 unfortunately our room had a strong oder, it kept waking me up in the night. Im thinking it was water damage so most likely mold somewhere. There were cobwebs with a bunch of knats in them and the lamp definitely had some dead bugs on the bottom. The desk chair had a big stain and the little sofa had some stains. The beds and bathroom were clean. Service was great just had to stop and sleep after a 9 hour drive before headed home.

Pros. 1. Good spot to stop during moving. 2. Pets are allowed. 3. The room is spacious! 4. Comfortable bed. Cons. 1. The male staff during the day was unkind. 2. Breakfast was not filled appropriately. 3. The hotel is outdated.

Was passing thru the area and this was a great choice. Walked next door to eat dinner and sleep great. Walk in shower, yay!! Breakfast was dry and ok. Biscuits were hard, gravy was bland and to thick, potatoes were under the warmer to long (hard). Hopefully just an off day for the staff(which I didn't see anyone while I was eating).

This hotel has suffered quite a bit of damage in the major storms that came through last week. Our reserved room had puddles on the carpet when we checked in. Carly (sp?) very quickly switched our reservation to a new room to make sure we would have beds to sleep in for our brief stay. Her customer service was exceptional, even at a time when she was handling multiple problems for guests during a 12 hour shift. She better get overtime and a raise! This hotel has some obvious issues with maintenance and repair that have been compounding and were impacted by these recent storms, but at least they have managed to find competent and kind people to run the show. Management, repair your property!

You have an employee named Nate E. He went out of his way to help me. Not only was he kind, he was friendly too. That is a huge plus for your hotel. Your room was attractive, clean and modern. However, I am a very small woman and the platform bed was so high I could not get in it. I called the front desk and asked for a step stool or a chair without wheels. I was told that you didn’t have any. Desperate, I used your microwave as a stool. That was unpleasant. If I were taller everything would have been perfect. Breakfast was great.

The reason I am giving a one star review is because there was visible mold in multiple areas of the room. It felt unhealthy and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. My whole family had trouble sleeping and woke up with headaches and sick. No guest should have to worry about breathing in mold while traveling. The phone in the room didn’t work properly and the wall paper was peeling off. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address their maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Breakfast is good! Randall was really helpful and kept it well stocked! Breakfast potatoes were solid. The rooms were clean and road noise was minimal. The pool and hot tub were working and kids had a great time in them.

Just had a stay here! The hotel was okay but what really stood out were the staff. Erin worked the breakfast service, was so friendly and helpful. she made the start of each day a pleasure! And Jill at the front desk was equally wonderful. She was always ready with a smile and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Seriously, these two are rockstars and deserve all the praise! Thanks you to them.

Was a nice stay. Cassie was attentive to my individual needs during the duration of my stay. Breakfast attended Erin had everything well stocked! VERY clean and organized with many options available ? I appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and lobby area. Will stay again. Thanks ladies!
