Very disappointed .my son puked on my sheets wasn’t feeling well and I went to front desk and girl wouldn’t give me any new sheets ,the managers number or name nothing but she said she could give me towel to put over the puke spot on mattress but sleep with no sheets just a towel on it. No sheets on a hotel mattress just is so gross .Mind you I’ve paid 1500$ for two rooms for one week for 3 weeks … :/ not a happy camper right now.

The third floor has no security door to the outside. The walls are paper thin you can hear people cough and talk. The ice machine was flooding the whole surrounding area no cones no sign of water till your standing in it. The coffee in the room was terrible bring your own. Breakfast wasn't the worst coffee is way better in the breakfast lobby area. No usb plus in the room only standard outlets.

????? Our experience was exceptional thanks to both Kate and Ashley. Kate, the receptionist, exemplifies professionalism and hospitality—attentive, courteous, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. She addressed every inquiry with clarity and genuine care, making a lasting impression from the moment of arrival. Ashley, the hotel manager, demonstrates outstanding leadership and a clear commitment to excellence. She is approachable, highly responsive, and ensures the property operates at the highest standard while maintaining a warm, guest-focused environment. Together, they reflect the quality and dedication that truly set this hotel apart.

The room smells like disinfectant. I had to open the windows. The Wi-Fi is just about non-existent. It went out at about 7 PM and was still off at 7:30 AM when I checked out. I called the front desk four times during the evening and no one ever answered. I mentioned it to the people at the front desk when I checked out and their comment to me was what do you expect us to do about it? What I expect him to do is to call spectrum and fix it . The room itself looks pretty rundown with cracks in the flooring patches in the walls that are very obvious. It looks like an old rundown hotel that you tried to just put some makeup on. The TV is on spectrum and there are multiple guides on channels but yet no channel list or anything like that to help you out. On top of it the channels listed in the Guide don’t match the actual channel. Can’t say the neighbourhood is that great either?

We have taken 4 rooms for the night. One of it had strange smell and other one had security latch broken . After all the drama on a chilly night when my toddlers are sleeping , I could see water leaking from upstairs unit . I called up front desk promptly and asked for options . At 10:30 in night , they want me to move my belongings to new room even when I was begging to tell them thats not my problem and I cannot move belongings until morning since I need to take care of kids. The answer was very uninspiring and rude . I am never coming back or letting someone do it .

We only made it one night before checking out let’s just say the room had a little extra personality! From the dusty headboard with mystery fingerprints to the cobweb décor and surprise hair in the shower, it felt more like a haunted house than a hotel. The floor even had its own slip-n-slide feature! Lovely staff, but definitely time for a deep clean. Five stars if you’re filming a horror movie otherwise, pack some disinfectant and good shoes or just don't.

The friendly staff and good location didn’t make up for the bad internet and old room. It’s pretty clear this place needs to be renovated and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. I know it’s a small detail, but the total lack of towel racks in the bathroom was a pain. The curtains in the room smelled like cigarettes (in a non smoking room). With so many other options, I won’t be staying here again.

After days of traveling and a handful of hotels, I am so glad we chose this quality inn for the last along the way. The price was good, and It was very refreshing to have a clean room, especially the bathroom, and such wonderful service! Heidi got us all set in with our booking and answered all of our questions, she also recommended local amenities for shopping and food. Hotels these days don't seem prideful in the service they provide but Heidi and her team at Quality inn went the extra mile. I hope I will have the chance to book again on another adventure.

This is my favorite spot in Redding near the shopping stores, I really wanna thank to Bean for being nice and accommodating, he always take care of my reservations and favorite room all the time when I’m visiting he is very smart professional , he knows his job very well he fix any issue quickly, he worth like a star employee, Also thanks to the Latin man housekeeper, he made a good job cleaning my room when I asked for room service, very nice, polite and smiling. I realized there is a new manager I think ashley she is way better than the other one, she is very nice smiling and very professional. the last one was very mody and face unhappy, the few times I had and interaction with her was uncomfortable . thx to all the staff and hopefully I will visiting Redding again. next summer
