The location was convenient to the Freeway and local businesses. The facility was nice and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Oxford Suites location! The complimentary soup and salad and wine/drinks were nice touch!

It was a very pleasant overnight stay. The suite was spacious, with plenty of room to walk around and keep our bags out of the way. Breakfast downstairs was fine, but the coffee was disappointing; I really wish more hotels would invest in doing coffee well, ideally with a proper espresso machine.

Excellent accomadations. Building was remodeled. There is an outdoor space and it is unusual but very comfortable. Exterior tile could be replaced and some doors but otherwise the building is very spot on and well taken care of. The beds are very soft and super comfy. Would have loved a thinner pillow but otherwise everything was amazing. The shower was very clean and beautiful. Even the doors on the shower were well cleaned and not spotted. Breakfast was very good. It would have been better if the potatoes were more done and the oatmeal but that is my preference only. Excellent accommodation overall. Price was very good.

Leaving 5 stars is reasonable. Location, friendliness, comfort, everything. You should stay here. Cozy and welcoming. But let me just say one thing. If you have never been aggressively thrown to the back wall of your shower by the sheer PSI of a hotel shower head, this will be a real treat. Bring your clothes or dishes in for a wash, smile at the water for a full mouth water pik experience. CA states that water pressure at the point of use should be between 15 and 80 PSI. If that is not 79.9999 repeating, call me out. I am exfoliated. Do not, I repeat, do not turn on the shower while fully clothed.

I’ve stayed at the Oxford suites many times and I will continue staying at the Oxford suites Redding. I wanted to share some feedback on my previous stays, specifically the last few weeks. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and I have developed a friendly acquaintance with a few of them. Front desk staff are professional & welcoming, the housemen’ are helpful & friendly, and the morning buffet ladies are so fun to interact with each morning! You have accommodated me for last minute walk-in reservations and have made the process smooth and easy for checking in. I absolutely would recommend anyone stay here who might be considering! My only negatives that I can share are the following: - found a spider in my bed (pics included) - maid was vacuuming the carpets in the hallway at 8:30am, on a Sunday morning! (Not the first time this has happened) - I’ve stayed in many different rooms and the most common issue, is the shower. The water pressure is usually very low. and/or The drain doesn’t work properly, causing the floor to pool up and I have to cut my shower short so I don’t overflow the shower. (Im also not a fan of standing in a pool of water to begin with.) I do let the front desk staff know upon checkout when I encounter these issues… Like I said, I will continue to stay here and overall, I do have a good experience a majority of the time. I like the Oxford suites in Redding and I think everyone should stay here! Comfy beds, good staff, and free hot breakfast in the morning!

I stay here frequently and overall have great experiences. The rooms are nice—some are better than others—but they’re always comfortable. The staff is consistently great and very friendly, which really makes a difference. The breakfast is amazing and one of my favorite parts of staying here. I’ll definitely continue coming back.

Very good experience! We stayed three nights and we had a very positive experience! Friendly and helpful staff! Our room was clean and well maintained! The hot breakfast and coffee was good! We will stay here again in the Spring.

We have stayed here more than five times. The staff are excellent! The location is great! The breakfast is good! The staff understands customer service and make every effort to serve the guests. This is best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Couldn't have asked for a better end to a long day on the road! The reservation and checking process was as smooth as could be. They took AAA, accepted my service dog, and Jamie at the front desk greeted us with big smiles, drink and breakfast tickets, a dog bowl and treat, and best of all - a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. Grateful for the experience and will definitely recommend. Breakfast was awesome and had plenty of options.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and this is probably the best sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. The whole place was super clean. We definitely will be coming back here when we pass through town!
