Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Redding was very pleasant. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, so I can’t comment on how problems are handled, but everything ran smoothly. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn offering, consistent and satisfying. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

The room we got is awesome. So Big, beautiful and clean. Plenty of space to lounge. A love seat and 3 chairs. A sink as you walk in. Another sink in the bathroom. Has a refrigerator and microwave. The person who check us in is pretty nice and friendly. So as the morning person who check us out. Got a good morning greetings from him. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, fresh and home made (scrambled egg, red potato and bacon). Also has fruits, cereal, muffin, toast, boiled eggs, oatmeal and more. The lady in charge of the breakfast is also super nice. This place is one of the best place. Room, service and super nice and friendly people. Perfect score! Thank you so much. Will definitely come back if we are in the area. No regrets. All the employee deserves a pay raise due to their good job.

One of the more "old fashioned" Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Whole reason why I booked this place was for 1. Breakfast 2. Big rooms 3.most importantly the hot tub for soaking in after daily hiking and sports in the area. However, the hot tub was broken for the entire stay and from the sounds of it, had been that way for quite some time. For me, a hot tub always adds toy vacation but here, it really detracted. Housekeeping is occasional and they don't even make the bed properly so I did that daily myself. Again, when coming back to my room after hiking all day, a tidy bed really sets the tone. Yes, it was a free week using points but would have paid to stay somewhere that has working facilities. If I ever go back to Redding, this place is on the skip list!

Very nice rooms. My main complaint was that I asked that the GM contact me about a concern. I was completely ignored and dismissed. I contacted corporate and had my issues addressed. This hotel also feels that guest are too stupid to operate clocks. They do not provide a wall clock or bedside clock. I do not enjoy turning on my phone while I am sleeping to see if it is 3am or 6am. Housekeeping was wonderful and breakfast was pleasant. You will enjoy your stay as long as you do not have to deal with front desk or the GM.

Great room and Jose, the desk clerk was very helpful and polite during check-in. Jose and the clean comfortable room with amenities represents the high quality that I expect from staying at a Hilton. Also, the parking lot is well lit and has a night security presence.

Our stay at HI in Redding was very pleasant. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was very friendly. Had no problems so don't know how issues would be handled. Breakfast was standard HI fare. Recommend this HI.

Room with dirty carpet and sticky residue on tabletop. Breakfast below typical Hampton Inn standard. Front desk staff were professional and courteous.

Lovely lovely place! Very nice! Love the location! Perfectly tucked away. Beautiful landscape. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Needed an item I forgot and front desk had me covered no charge! Will be brining my money back to spend here again.

Im not one to leave a review, but from someone who typically repairs rooms in hotels for a living this place is fantastic. Great layout super clean great location terrific staff. This place makes you feel special and that is something.
