Friendly staff. Offered a cute hot cocoa bar when it was raining with a complimentary vodka shot (optional). Clean, updated rooms. The bathroom ceilings could use a wipe down and the mattress was stiff, but no biggie for me. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool in the rain as well as the hot tub. Nice gym. No complimentary breakfast and no microwaves in the rooms. I'm assuming because they want you to buy from the restaurant next door. Bonvoy lounge on the 3rd floor, which I did not access. I would return.

The staff is the BEST! The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is great, the bridge is fun, the proximity to the Auditorium is way convenient, and Turtle Bay is really cool, but the staff are AWESOME! I had to call months after we left for a unique request, and not only was Sam and their coworkers willing to help, but they went so far above and beyond! Sam went way past the job description to make my son happy, I cannot say enough good things!

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the USA. First, I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms, which was amazing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but I believe the real reason is the high-quality construction and materials used in the building. Second, it was extremely comfortable — the bed, pillows, and comforter were perfect. Everything was also very clean. Last but not least, the location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Sundial Bridge, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Impeccable stay! I was fortunate to be "put up" here from 12/16-12/18 during my interview for a job in Redding, and I can't imagine how anyone could find something wrong with this location. Bear in mind that it was December in NorCal when I stayed, so pictures of the pool area and gym were "seasonal." The front desk is staffed 24/7 and no matter the time of day or night, you are received as if you are the first person of the day! There are amenities, such as previously mentioned gym and pool, as well as comprehensive "convenience store" and adjacent restaurant "Mosaic." The room was spotless, the beds were better than NyQuil for sleep, and the bathroom was more than enough to ready myself for my interview day or winding down after. The hotel is a 3 minute stroll to the Sun Dial Bridge (and at the time I stayed, the Redding Christmas lights too)! There is always security staff patrolling the parking lot, ensuring cars are kept safe, and every member of the staff/employee was personable and helpful. As someone coming from LA, this was a very impressive stay and location, and I would certainly recommend it for short-term, long-term, or simply overnight stays in Redding, CA :) Thank you!

Sheraton Redding Hotel provided an exceptional hotel experience. They have a great location just off the Sundial Bridge. The staff was warm and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The evening lounge staff person, Tanner, went out of his way to make our experience exceptional. We dined at their restaurant, The Mosaic, every night and had a wonderfully different experience every time. So much so that we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. In addition, the Mosaic's bartenders skill and customer service was excellent. The next time we visit Redding, we will definitely stay at the Sheraton Redding.

As a Bonvoy member with 100 nights the Monday concierge lounge breakfast was fit for motel 6. We arrived in the lounge over an hour before breakfast was over to no food, no water, no dishes or silverware. Not even bread. The room was full of other guests in the same situation. I called the front desk to inform them and request they provide the staff member assistance but no one came. We will go out for breakfast. The staff member was talking on her phone via ear buds and not focusing on her work. Once 10 o'clock came around there were several staff members walking around like they were doing something but they didn't do anything and were far too late. The lounge worker turned off the warmers at 915 as of she was done. There was a room full of guests expecting breakfast. Many guests asked for items and were left empty handed. This is the worst lounge experience I've ever had.

Myself and a friend stayed here in a two queen room on the third floor. We were attending a show at the Civic Auditorium. Perfect location!! We walked across the parking lot to our show AND the room we were given was AHHHmazing. We had access to the lounge on the third floor which offered snacks and drinks, plus happy hour and breakfast. The coffee machine was a huge plus. All the staff were super friendly and I always saw smiles on faces! It was everything we needed and more. The rook itself was great, beds were comfy, water pressure was just fine…our tub did drain slowly and the hallway was too warm for our liking but not worth changing from a five star! Great job Sheraton staff ?

Great hotel! It’s a big place but very well cared for. We were only here briefly but enjoyed our stay. The water pressure in the shower is amazing (hard to find these days!). A special thank you to Jay Dee in the lounge. He was extremely kind to us during our stay and it was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and immaculately cleaned. There were 10 plus places to charge electronics. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, I love the option to preorder morning room service. Loved the pool and spa!

Wonderful hotel with great food. As Marriott Rewards Members we were upgraded to the 3rd floor with access to the club for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great access to bike trail along the river. Look forward to returning.
