The rooms are great but this must be the worst food I have ever had in a hotel, including the breakfast provided at Motel 6s. The hotel has coffee available theoretically the whole day but it was disgusting and cold even at the breakfast time. All warm items in the breakfast tasted like rubber and even the toast I made tasted stale. I just gave up on the breakfast and had a brunch on the road

We rate this a 4.4. We enjoyed the room. Nice mix of amenities, clean and quiet. Front desk was helpful and professional. We use the Hilton app so we could use our phones to enter with our dog through a side entrance and get into the room. Very convenient. Nice job Hilton on the format. Btw - there is a good Deli a short walk across the parking area. They have a wide selection of sandwiches and salads as well as other fare.

Highly recommend if you are in the area! Clean hotel, good location, and great staff. Special shout out to Tatiana who made our stay fantastic! Super courteous and professional and friendly.

Really good staff, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location to just far enough away from everything to be nice and quiet, but only a couple of miles away from the essentials. Room came with a fridge, microwave and kitchenette area. Only complaint (more of a head scratcher), the rooms now have timed lights. We were watching TV in the back and the lights in the whole place kept turning off! At first we thought it was a circuit breaker but it turned out being a timer. Needless to say the staff was very understanding and came and adjusted it. Luke I said, really good staff.

Great staff. However, very cheap owners you can tell they don’t give waters to silver members (they are suppose to), they are going to charge parking, they have motion censors on all the rooms… like are you kidding me!? Motion sensors?? How much are you saving…… cheeeeeap.

We loved it from the first moment. The gentleman at the desk is a special guy and will probably be headhunted by a savvy rival hotel. He seems to do it all with alacrity and charm. The room was very clean by modern hotel standards. The gentleman who worked the breakfast was a gem and special, also. The room was quiet despite the freeways close by. The location was convenient and we have good memories. They ain't all like this.

?????????? Great stay at Home2 Suites Redding! Clean, spacious rooms with a pull-out couch and divider—perfect for families. Loved the well-equipped gym, outdoor pool, and the yummy free breakfast with a make-your-own sandwich bar. Convenient location right off the highway. Highly recommend!

This did not meet the Hilton standards in terms of cleanliness. The shower has mildew and some hair. One of the pillows had some dirty spots but the other pillows were fine - maybe housecleaning dropped the pillow on the floor and simply picked it up. The tables still had a coffee stain which was easy for me to clean. The worse part was that the carpet reeked of dog smells - musky - and dog pee in certain spots. Gross! The hotel allows pets but you’d think they’d dedicate some rooms to be pet friendly and some not to be. Also, check in was pretty weird - I did a digital check in on my app and selected a room. When I came in, I was supposed to be able to come in with my digital key. Well, turns out the guest in the room extended their stay so they put me in a room I didn’t select. You’d think they’d contact me and tell me that the room is not available so I should select another room and not be surprised. Check in was also not the usual Hilton standard - they didn’t explain the WiFi etc which was fine but this just fits the whole story. It’s an okay hotel - fitting of a 2 star hotel but not worthy to carry the Hilton name. 2 star hotels under the Hilton brand has basic cleanliness standards that this hotel definitely did not meet.

Conveniently located right off the freeway for travelers and close to a costco (one pizza makes for a cheap meal for the family!) Front desk staff very friendly and gave great recommendations when I needed a specific item. Pool is outdoor. No hot tub. Plenty of towels and seating. Water felt great, since it was 104° Room was great. Standard Home2Suite fare. Clean and comfy. Bathroom door is a barn door style and does not lock. Be careful in the shower, as the shower floor was SLICK! Breakfast was great, with all the standard options and the attendant was quick to make sure things were refilled promptly.
